- Legend is completely independent from LifeMU’s existing server system.
- There will be no Moss Miracle event. Instead, items can be obtained through in-game events and the Stake System on the website.
EXP SYSTEM
The Legend server introduces a completely new progression system. EXP from Level 400 onward will never be changed. Instead, Legend introduces a new catch-up mechanism for new players: EXP Bottles.
During approximately the first two weeks after the official opening, EXP below Level 400 will remain relatively low, allowing players to experience the server, explore the game, and obtain the equipment required for later stages.
After the first two weeks, EXP below Level 400 will be increased to help new players catch up and integrate into the community.
EXP from Level 400 onward will remain unchanged throughout the lifetime of the server. Overall EXP will remain relatively low so that players can enjoy long-term progression while having enough time to obtain and upgrade the equipment they need.
To support newcomers and late-starting players, the Legend server will introduce EXP Bottles.
There will be no EXP Talismans sold directly. EXP bonuses can be obtained from:
- Panda/Skeleton Pets and Rings
- Talisman of Ascension
- BOL
- Season Pass EXP bonuses
- VIP Account bonuses
| Party Size | Normal Party EXP | Combined Party EXP |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | 100% | – |
| 2 Characters | 100% | – |
| 3 Characters | 100% | 100% |
| 4 Characters | 100% | 100% |
| 5 Characters | 100% | 100% |
EXP Bottle Information
Players can obtain EXP Bottles from hunting Spots, LifeMU events, and the Stake System on the website.
When the top-ranked players on the server reach certain milestones, EXP Bottles for lower-level characters will gradually become available to support newcomers.
By keeping the EXP rate unchanged throughout the server’s lifetime, players will be able to plan their long-term progression more effectively.
The introduction of EXP Bottles also creates a more dynamic economy. New players who want to level up faster can purchase EXP Bottles from veteran players or obtain them through special newcomer support events.
Monsters and Spots
Monsters and hunting Spots on Legend will be different from previous LifeMU servers.
Each Spot will contain fewer monsters. Monsters will not deal excessive damage but will have higher HP than the default configuration.
This setup reduces the risk of characters dying during network lag, allows players to focus more on DMG, and provides better support for players who only use one or two accounts.
LEGEND SERVER ECONOMY
Legend’s economy will be completely redesigned compared with previous LifeMU servers to better suit an international server environment.
Most items can be obtained through LifeMU’s automated systems, including:
- In-game events
- NPC Moss for Jewels, Zen and special item drops
- Stake System on the website
Zen will not drop excessively. Instead, players will obtain useful items that can be sold for Zen. This also helps reduce lag at hunting Spots.
Items obtained from Spots will be designed to have actual value and practical use.
